Mircea Vlad My name is Mircea Vlad and I am a self-taught Graphic/Web Designer and Illustrator and I'm spending my waking life in Braso, Romania. I first saw light in September 1985 and now I am beginning the final year at my home town University where I'm studying Economical Engineering. I am currently employed at Firestarter - advertising agency, aka my second home - where a work fulltime as an Art Director. I started designing 4 years ago as a freelancer. I've only spent a couple of years working by myself until one day my online portfolio was spotted by the agency I now work for. While freelancing, I won a few design contests both locally and on the internet. I got featured in a couple of magazines, and in the 115 Digital Art Gallery in Bucharest - but nothing grandiose. I am currently looking to expand my skills to 3D modeling as well.
